Shipping Policy

All orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused within 7 days of receiving your delivery. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Defective or Damage Order/s

If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date.

Kinda Cute can only accept orders placed on If Kinda Cute considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced or refunded by


If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are processed by returning your order for a refund and submit a new order for your required product.

No visible signs of use (including lash glue) or any discrepancy with the product

Product must be i original packaging

Gift sets and kits must be returned in full

Final sale items cannot be returned
